Geniusport Pune is going to try out a concept of virtual internship for MCA/MCM candidates across the city. These candidates have to enroll in an training course to complete their internship. We as a training center are trying to develop a program by which these candidates can complete their mobile application development course and then work from their home at their leisure.
The internship will be impleted as follows. Candidates are required to enroll in the Android Application development course provided by Geniusport Pune. During the course duration these candidates will be helped to setup the development environment at their end. The course will cover all aspects of Android application development. After the completion of the course, candidates will have to select an mobile app for development. Either they can bring their own idea or Geniusport pune will provide them with ideas for apps. Trainers and developers from Geniusport pune will help them to develop their app and provide remote support via emails, other remote collaboration tools like desktop sharing and telephone calls. Once the candidate completes app development, they can either send the app via email or get it in person to be validated by the developers. The validation includes code review by the trainers and then by actually publishing the app on the mobile device. By the end of internship, candidates would have developed their skills in the Android application development.
This is an trial that we are going to try, hope it brings the best out of the students by building their skills.
